1980 Austin Mini 1310 cc Fast Road spec in classic Island blue with a white roof. This mini was built by a mini enthusiast over many years and has been built to a very high level. It looks fantastic with wide 10 inch Minilite alloy wheels and it has a very purposeful stance. The engine is a 1310 cc with a fast road cam, gas flowed and ported cylinder head and high compression pistons. Alloy radiator, Kenlow electronic fan, fuel pressure regulator, 123 electronic ignition, roller rockers, alloy rocker box and an oil cooler. It has a very rare and special Jack Knight Close ratio 5 speed gearbox with high final drive. High grade drive shafts plus alloy 4 pot KAD front brake callipers and rear KAD disc brakes. Adjustable coil spring suspension with adjustable height and damping. Braided brake hoses all around and adjustable camber. Twin fuel tanks in the boot with electronic fuel pump. The interior is very nice with matching front and rear seats and door cards. It has a period John Cooper steering wheel and gear knob plus alloy door furniture. A large rev counter and centre clocks with oil pressure gauge. The overall condition is very nice and the underside is all painted blue. The subframes are all in great condition and have been waxoiled.

Driving the mini is great fun and will suit someone who loves to go out for fun. It is very involving and it enjoys the open road.

To build this car today would cost in excess of £25000 so this offers great value and a lot of fun. Free delivery to your door in my curtain sided van within 200 miles of Tiverton.
