** DEPOSIT PAID ** 1999 Rover Mini 40 LE In very rare Old English White. Rover only made 50 of this model in this colour making it one of the rarest and most collectable minis. It has been owned by 2 brothers and one collector from new and has lead a very privileged life. In 2008 it won Mini World Car Of The Year and Meguires Show Case outright winner at the NEC Classic. It has been displayed at many shows and recently in a museum as the condition is World Class. As you will see from the pictures the overall condition is close to new. The interior has been refurbished using new Rover seats, carpets and head lining to factory spec. The interior in the Mini 40 is special to the car with blue leather seats, top dash and doors cards with elasticated pockets giving a very high quality feel. They also all came with a Rover CD radio and it is nice to see this still present in the car. The underside and engine bay have been cleaned and detailed to a show standard. Many parts which can corrode have been powder coated or replaced with chrome / stainless steel parts. The car has been well serviced and has 4 matching Yokohama tyres. It also has the stainless steel metal presentation Mini 40 box which contains a model of the car and buff log book which is unique to the car. It has covered 39300 miles from new of which most was covered prior to being prepared to its current outstanding condition. It drives wonderfully well with a smooth gear change and strong acceleration through the gears. The stainless steel exhaust gives a deep sound making every trip out one to remember! Finding an Old English White mini 40 is very exciting but to be able to offer one in such outstanding, concourse condition is a privilege and a rare opportunity to its lucky new owner. This was the first mini to ever win the prestigious Meguires Show Case and it beat a £350,000 Ferrari which arrived for the show with its own professional valet team! The pictures can make the car look white but is it a wonderful rich cream colour. Free delivery to your door in my enclosed van within 200 miles of Tiverton.
